For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the service provided by MeinEinkauf.ch. You can find all the information you need at MeinEinkauf.ch. MeinEinkauf.ch will take care of all customs formalities and delivery to your door for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, with customs duties paid and at a low price.

Here's how it works:

1. Simply register at www.meineinkauf.ch. You will receive a personal Firstname.surname@meineinkauf.ch email address.

2. With your personal vorname.nachname@meineinkauf.ch email address, you can now create a customer account in our online shop. If you already have a customer account with Teleskopschienen24.de, you can change your email address later here.

3. Place your order in our shop using your personal Firstname.surname@meineinkauf.ch email address.

4. Please use only the following address for shipping AND billing: MeinEinkauf GmbH Maybachstraße 19 78467 Konstanz
In addition to addressing your order to MeinEinkauf GmbH, please also pay attention to your payment method.

5. All order and shipping information will be automatically forwarded from your Firstname.surname@meineinkauf.ch email address to your private email address.
The MeinEinkauf.ch team will also be kept informed about the status of your order so that it can be sent to your address in Switzerland as quickly as possible.
You can then view the status of your order approximately 48 hours after receipt at www.meineinkauf.ch under ‘My orders’.

6. You pay for your order directly in our shop. You will then receive a separate invoice for the service fee from MeinEinkauf.ch with your goods.
