Shopping - quick, convenient and easy

At Multislides GmbH, you can conveniently shop around the clock via the Internet from the comfort of your home. Please browse our product categories and look at our range at your leisure. If you are interested in a product, click on it for more information. You can use the ‘Search’ input field to find products quickly and easily.

Your shopping cart

You will find an input field for the quantity and an ‘Add to shopping cart’ button on the product detail pages. First, enter the desired quantity and click ‘Add to shopping cart’ to save the product on your virtual ‘shopping list. ’

You can then continue shopping, add more products to your shopping cart or edit your order.

We offer different versions of some products. In this case, you must first select the desired version, such as a particular size or colour, before you can add the product to your shopping basket.

We place a high value on convenience.

The ‘Price in other currencies’ function allows international visitors to see how much a product costs in their local currency. However, the display is only an approximation: the actual calculation is based on the current daily exchange rate, which may differ from the rates given.

With the link ‘Add to notepad’ you can put products aside without obligation until your next visit. However, cookies must be activated for this. You can access the products you put aside later with the ‘Display notepad’ function.

With the link ‘Recommend this product, you can e-mail friends and acquaintances if you have found a product that might interest them. To do this, our shop opens your e-mail software and automatically creates a message containing a link the recipient can click on directly.

Processing the order

Click on ‘View shopping cart’ to view your current order. You will now see an overview of the items you have placed in your shopping cart. If you wish to change the order quantity, enter the new amount in the ‘Order quantity’ field and click the ‘Update total’ button. To delete a product from your order, click the delete symbol next to the product. To access details about a product in the shopping basket, click on the corresponding name. When you have completed your order, click on the button ‘Go to checkout. ’

Delivery and payment methods

In the next window, select the desired shipping method. If shipping costs are added, these will be displayed here. Mark the preferred shipping method and click ‘Next’ to proceed to the payment methods. You decide on a payment method and click the ‘Next’ button again.

Your address

A window will now open, displaying the personal data you provided during registration. If any information has changed, click on the link ‘Change your personal information’ and adjust the information in the open dialogue box. If you wish to specify a different delivery address, you can also do so on this form. You also have the option here to send a message to us. Once you have entered all the information, click the ‘Next’ button.

Summary

The order summary will then open, where your order and all the data will be displayed again as an overview. Please check whether all the information is correct, whether all the items and quantities are correct and whether you have selected the desired shipping and payment method. You can also view our general terms and conditions from this screen, as you must agree to these before completing the order by ticking the corresponding checkbox. Then click on ‘Submit order’ to complete the order. You will receive a confirmation email from us shortly afterwards.

Written order

If you have opted for a written order process as your payment method, you must open the order form in the ‘Order successful’ window using the ‘Print your order’ link and print it out using your web browser's ‘Print’ function. Please fill it out legibly and fax or post it to us.
